Ginger Sesame Chicken Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Hot cooked rice
How to make Ginger Sesame Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame seeds, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil In a large skillet or wok.
- Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Remove from the pan and keep warm.
- Stir fry green onion and green pepper for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook on high flame for 1-2 minute or until sauce is thickened.
- Add chicken and stir until heat through.
Ginger Sesame Chicken is ready now.
- Serve with rice.
