Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth, reduced-sodium
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
Directions:
- Pour chicken broth in a large saucepan or a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add onion then reduce heat to low.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in chicken and cream of chicken soup.
- Heat through.
Simple Chicken Soup is ready now.
