Ingredients of Chaos Chicken:
- 1 pound Boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup chicken Stock
- 1 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 5 Thai chilies
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 tbsp white Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
How to make Chaos Chicken:
- Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs.
- Place boneless chicken thighs and cauliflower florets into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, add soy sauce, cornflour, and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Combine to evenly coated.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Place marinated chicken in the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
To make the Sauce:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small saucepan.
- Add minced garlic-ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Then add chicken stock, tomato ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar,chilli and salt.
- Keep Stirring.
- Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 4 tbsp water.
- Add cornflour and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
- Chaos Sauce is ready now.
- Pour sauce on the prepared chicken.
Chaos Chicken is ready to serve.
- Serve hot.
