Buffalo Chicken Wraps Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 8 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 8 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
How to make Buffalo Chicken Wraps:
- Place chicken strips in a deep skillet .
- Also add buffalo wing sauce.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low.
- Let it simmer for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Remove from the flame.
- Place chopped lettuce on each tortilla.
- Top with chicken mixture, green pepper.
- Drizzle ranch dressing and remaining buffalo wing sauce over it.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla.
- Roll up the wrap burrito style.
