Crispy Fried Wings Ingredients:
- 500 gm chicken Wings, cut each wing into 2 pieces
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Corn flour as required, for coating
- Oil For frying

Method:- Place chicken wings in a large bow.
- Add salt, red chili, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Then cook marinated chicken wings in a covered pan for 15-20 minutes or until all water dries up.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool.
- Now roll cooked wings in corn flour then fry in hot oil for 5 minutes or until light golden.
- Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
Crispy Fried Wings are ready to serve.
- Enjoy with Hot Pepper Sauce.
