Ingredients:
- 2 pounds cod fish fillets
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cups graham crackers, finely crushed
- 3/4 cup saltines, finely crushed
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- salt according to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Cut fish fillets into 1-inch. pieces ( nuggets).
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- In a shallow bowl, combine together cracker crumbs, Dijon mustard, pepper and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk.
- Dip fish nuggets into egg mixture then roll them in crumb mixture.
- Turn to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.
- Fry nuggets, a few at a time, for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
Fish Nuggets are ready now.
- Serve with Tartar Sauce.
