- 12 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
How to make Chili Chicken:
- In a small bowl, combine together sweet chili sauce,honey and soy sauce.
- Keep aside 1/2 of the marinade for basting.
- Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl.
- Spinkle salt and pepper over it.
- Pour remaining sauce on it.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- After one hour, preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat.
- Brush the grill grate with oil.
- Place chicken drumsticks on the grill grate.
- Grill for 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
- Turning and basting occasionally with the reserved sauce.
