Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- salt according to taste
- Cut chicken breast into 2 inch pieces.
- Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
- Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place plain flour, paprika, black pepper and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Beat egg white and buttermilk in a small bowl.
- Place cornflakes in a separate shallow dish.
- Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- Then dip each piece in buttermilk and egg mixture.
- Then coat in cornflakes.
- Coat evenly.
- Place chicken pieces on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden
Low fat Chicken Nuggets are ready now.
- Seve hot with runch dressing or ketchup.
