Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Non Fat Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup reduce fat margarine, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
Garlic Lover’s Chicken Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Place bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in a large
- resealable plastic bag.
- In a shallow bowl, add milk.
- Dip each chicken breast in milk then coat in the crumb mixture.
- Now place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine together butter, garlic and lemon juice.
- Drizzle this mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle paprika over it.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
Garlic Lover’s Chicken is ready now.
