An all purpose beef rub.
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine all 8 ingredients in a small cup. Store in airtight container for up to 3 months. Makes about 1/3 cup.
