Procedures:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on sliced pork. Rub gently and then allowed to stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Dredge pork in flour and then dip in beaten egg. Place the pork on the plate with the breadcrumbs and press a little to let the layer of bread crumbs and stick.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Pan-fry the pork crusted low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pan fried pork in a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
