Holiday Eggnog
4 eggs separated into whites and yolks;
1/2 cup white sugar;
1 cup milk
1/3 rum
1 tbs nutmeg; heavy cream
Do it:
Beat egg yolks until light in color. gradually add sugar. add cream, milk, rum, and nutmeg. In a separate container, beat egg whites until the soft peak stage then whisk into the egg yolk mixture. Freeze. top with leche flan
