Sarciadong Tilapia (Fish Sarciado)
Ingredients:
1 whole Tilapia (cleaned)
4 cloves garlic
1 onion (diced)
2-3 pcs tomatoes (diced)
3/4 cup water
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
cooking oil
Procedures:
- Tilapia Skillet. Set aside.
- In another pan, saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the beaten egg and fish sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tilapia and cook for 5 minutes.
